We were new to the area and had never experienced insects like this before.  Your office personnel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.  She got us on the schedule and reassured us that our pest problems would soon be history.  Your service technician arrived promptly and was very courteous.  He did a wonderful job and gave us a list of suggestions to help take care of our new home.  We are forever grateful for your company and look forward to seeing you next year.
